Clicks doesn't respect or care about their customers

Clicks brooklyn was the worst experience. At first they failed to open on time, I asked the manager why I have to wait outside after 9am when they're walking around starring at me he didn't even care. I had an appointment for 9am at the clinic, I sit there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me, I request to speak to the manager and another person comes and tells me the nurse is not coming today and there's nothing she can do and she can only help me in 3-4 hours. I'm annoyed with clicks, never going back again
