Clicks does not want to pay my pension funds

Good day

I was working for clicks group for 2 years and my last working month was February . When they were paying for my leave days , they mistakenly overpaid me ( according to them) in March . Around July 2024 I noticed that it’s been four months and I haven’t received my provident fund money so I contacted a lady called Sharon Leng who is in charge of employee benefits and she told me that I must pay that money that they mistakenly paid me before they can submit my withdrawal documents to Alexandra Forbes. I wrote an email to her acknowledging the debt and told her that she must either deduct from my provident fund or I will pay the money after I have received my provident fund money because I don’t have the money that they mistakenly paid to me right now , she never rep**** to my email. I laid a complaint to the groups complains email and she still refused to process the payment. I don’t know what to do now because they are punishing me for their mistakes
