Clicks does not really care

Bought a bender at Clicks in Paarl mall and tested it the next day. Smoke started coming out and the unit seized. Took it back within 24 hours for cash back or at least store credit, but the branch did not want to take it back. The supposedly tested the unit in the back and not in front of me and said the unit is working. The manager was condescending and really did not care that there was a smoke smell to the unit. I am seriously unhappy. The only solution there customer service could give me was to go and try again at the same branch.
