CLICKS DOES NOT DELIVER ORDERS!!!

l ordered from Clicks Online on the 28th of July 2020. Today is the 11th of August and l am still waiting for my goods. their delivery time is said to be 2 - 3 days but allow 6 days due to other orders. l have been more than patient and lm still being sent from pillar to post. I call them everyday and no one seems to know where my order is. l ordered a microwave and heater amongst other things, busy freezing and eating cold food in my house while they are losing items l paid money for.

I received an sms on the 3rd of August advising me that the goods are enroute to their destination, but l guess l must live on MARS cause l still haven't received it 8 days later.

So very disappointed with Clicks as this is not the level of service your consumers should be getting. Starting to feel like this whole electrical sale of theirs is a ****. I have requested a refund so l can go buy somewhere else, but who knows if l'll get it at the rate this is going!
