Clicks does not care about their customers!!!

<p>Ive laid a complaint with customer services at Clicks, they confirmed that they have received the complaint and that the matter has been escalated. Ive given them more than 2 weeks to respond to a matter that involves chronic medication and a situation that is more than urgent. They have just like their staff members shown that they are not interested and dont care. All i was looking for was feedback regarding the matter and whether it has been resolved, but Clicks failed to respond. Im done supporting Clicks.Disgusted & Dissapointed!!!</p>
