CLICKS DOES NOT CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was sitting on a bench waiting at the dispensary Clicks Town Square the bench collapsed not due to my weight as i only weigh 47kg. i was in such a shock im epiletic as well. i went to the dr on the same as i had a bad bruise on my leg, following day I called Clicks they were apologetic, i requested they pay me R550 for my consultation - i got all the documents to complete they require my bank statement and copy of my id which i did now they want me to go into the bank and get it stamped the one i gave was stamped and now my they want my id certified seriously its your mistake for putting a faulty bench there . I spoke to my lawyer and he is willing to take my case further so CAN YOU PLEASE PAY R550 and no more excuses and please dont phone me to try soft soap me...........
