Clicks do not care about their customers.

I wish I was able to give a minus star rating to this retailer. My chronic medication is currently out of stock at every Clicks outlet in Midrand. Aside from this placing my health at risk, the staff were uncooperative, unsympathetic and unable to help me as to when they will receive new stock or which outlets currently have stock. When I asked for a copy of my script, in order to get the medication from Dischem, they were not able to provide me with one, either - again, without providing any further assistance or offering any other way of helping me. It is clear to me that they do not have any regard for their customers or our health. I will never buy anything from Clicks again.
