Clicks dispensing incorrect medicine and no feedback

I went to clicks Olivedale to get my wife's medication and only after some time realized they had dispensed the incorrect dosage. Luckily the dosage was lower but my wife had some distress as the medication was always working but this particular month it wasn't helping as it should.

Upon raising this with the manager(who was the individual who dispensed the medication); I was told he would contact me to give me feedback.....well I am still waiting for him to call.

Due to the lack of communication and resolution I decided to contact the clicks head office and lodged a complaint and was told I would have some feedback in 48 hours.....that was a week ago and still nothing.

Firstly I am sure dispensing the incorrect dosage of medication can have detrimental effects and I am sure there is some legal negligence around that!

Secondly to tell customers you will contact them and then never doing so is just poor service after you have messed up so bad.

I would recommend Clicks realize their customers as their business and perhaps get more competent staff to give feedback and dispense their medication in the future.
