CLICKS DISPENSARY CHAOS

I have a Discovery Bank credit card. The bank have the option to have any co-payments at a pharmacy dispensary to be automatically debited to my credit card. This is a great benefit. However, I have just ordered meds from Clicks Pharmacy in Benmore Gardens and the pharmacist advised me that they have no idea about this and, despite the fact that the co-payment has already been debited to my credit card they want payment. Kindly revert as to why Clicks have no idea that this is happening. Thank you.
