Clicks disgusting services and poor products

I am very very unhappy with clicks customer service. I had a complaint regarding a product which gave my baby a rash and was pathetic quality I emailed them And got an email back stating mailbox full...... This is utterly disgusting and poor service will definitely take this matter further
