Click's - Disgraceful Business Etiquette

On the 15.10.2020, I went into the clicks in arbor crossing - Amanzimtoti, purchased lunchtime snack, got back to work and shared a packet of the nik naks strip with a colleague, to my surprise, the chips was horribly stale (both packets) upon further investigation, both packets had a few chips inside that had a tinge of green mold, i was disgusted, upon further investigation, i checked the expiry date on the strip of nik naks and it expired in September 2020. I simply cannot understand why this retailer does what they do, they give an absolute damn about the well being of their consumers. Clicks is in it to make a quick rand of profit at the expense of their consumer, this organization lacks basic business etiquette. This shenanigans will not be tolerated, In the process of lodging a formal complaint with the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
