Clicks ************** and poor service!

I have visited Empangeni numerous of times and there is always some sort of problem, long cues, not enough tellers ect, but on Friday 5/7/19 I went at 4.25. Firstly looking for a foundation for my skin, the lady that works at the cosmetic section saw that I were looking for samples to test the color, she said, oh we dont have samples for light skin types, when asked why, and how should I know then which color will suit my skin, she said she doesn't know, they only have samples for dark skin colors. So I left with the wrong color foundation. Secondly waited in the cue for so long, the cue was well over 15 people with 2 tellers open, I asked why don't they open more, response was, its almost 5 and we want to go home, I said well if there was more tellers it will go faster, again reply was that would encourage people to shop and it's 5, they want to close, got in front with my basket, I bought 2x herbex drops, being on special for R56, the guy rang it up R79, I asked whether the discount will show at the end, he said no it's not on special, not even making an effort to help me, I had to go and actually get the special sign to show it is on special, he looked at it, and just starting ranting in Zulu when he had to remove it and scan again, with the special price. Is this how you help all your customers? or just some specific ones, I have had it with Clicks Empangeni!
