Clicks Dischem is Surpassing you

Being a Clicks customer for many years, of late going to Eden Meadows Clicks to get shoddy, disrepectful and very unkind service, hence why i am here. On most occassions you are left standing 1st in the que at the pharmacy, with no one to help or standing doing other tasks while you wait. On this occassion my boyfriend was next in line, after the client had left the counter, he walked forward to the cubicle, only to get asked if the button was pressed for him to approach???? What are you kidding me? While he was then helping my boyfriend, he sarcastically called a colleague to come help, because a que was building up AGAIN and said "dont you want to come help, we are starting to look bad." Come on Clicks, Dischem is surpassing you and the clicks i used to know is non existent. On other occassions pricing is also not updated on the system and i personally have to watch each and every price going through the till, so i dont loose out. This is definitely an exploitation of consumer funds.
