Clicks disappointment

To say I am disappointed with Clicks would be an understatement. Clicks is usually my "go-to" store, but since I couldn't find some items in store I decided to buy them online. I made and paid for my order on the 13th of July, it is now the 23rd of August and I have still not received my order. The same thing happened to me last year, but I was in no rush to use those products I bought. This time I had to go buy a substitute product at another store because of this. Which was a real inconvenience as I now had to use more money for something I had already bought. I sent them an email to find out what was happening, they have not responded to that email. Very disappointed!
