Clicks disappointing service

I placed an order for delivery online on the 26/01/2019. I selected free delivery which takes 1-3 business days to be delivered. 3 business days have passed and i have not gotten anything.

I have contacted the customer service many times and no reply at all.

The items i bought are essentials and i needed them by yesterday. My order status still says processing.

I would like to request a full refund as i will rather go and purchase the items at Pick N Pay.

The service i have received is non existent and disgusting. I will never order online from Clicks ever again.
