Clicks Direct will be the death of me

Clicks direct is putting my health at risk by continually having delays on deliverying my medication.

apart from the above when there are issues that impede them from delivery they never communicate similar to the current moment, it has been 4 days passed expected delivery date and it took me calling and speaking someone who is not even supposed to answering calls to find out they had an issue and now they will only deliver on monday which means it would have been a week after the expected delivery date. what will it take for clicks direct to get it act together and what do i need to do for them to understand my condition does not allow for me to be skipping medication for such extended time.
