Clicks Direct Meds

I am absolutely disgusted with Clicks Direct Meds. I've been struggling with them for 3 weeks to get Nutricia meds that I need to take DAILY and they keep saying it will be delivered or they blame Nutricia for not having stock. I have spoken with Nutricia and they are very helpful, the problem lies with clicks. Every time I phone to inquire they tell me they'll phone back and they never do or they just don't pick up the phone. I NEED THESE MEDS URGENTLY!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP
