Clicks Direct Medicines - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ***** PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!

Both my parents are pensioners, and do not have a big income. So last year May, they picked up that the debit order does not go off on their account, whereby they phoned to get this resolved. Sitting with a huge account at Direct Medicine. Upon which it was agreed that they would deduct more every month, untill such time that the account is payed up. In the first place, Direct Medicine should have picked up immediately that there is a accounts problem, and informed my parents, but no, they wait untill the bill is huge and that the customer tries to resolve it themselve.

Beginnig of the year we found that once again the debit order is not going off. And they have a huge bill. So I contacted them, and Direct Medicine was full off excuses as the banking on their end is a problem, and, and, and, all they had was excuses. Upon further investigation it was also found that the reason for the bill being so high, is the fact that they try and claim twice a month, upon which the medical aid does not pay, as the time for the monthly prescription has not yet lapsed, and obviously they do not dispense the medicine twice a month.

I am still waiting for them to provide feedback. But they called my mother stating that they will not be sending their medicine untill this bill is payed. Upon which she went to Dischem, as they have been without their cronic medication for a week already, only to be told by Dischem that the medical aid will not pay, as it was claimed yesterday! Direct Medicine is a bunch of *******, who exploits people!! Stay as far away from them as you can, as they definately do not know how to treat customers, and they have a non existend admin, department!!!!
