VERY RUDE! call agents claim that and I quote " if the doctors can't write neatly or properly that they MUST type scripts because it is an in convince and waste of time calling to check what is written" I understand that it can be frustrating to try and read handwriting that is either small or hard to read (I see this with MANY doctors), but to be rude and demanding them to change the way they write because you don't want to call and confirm is plain unprofessional. If we could id simply stop using clicks direct and inform all my patients to take it up with their head office for any complaints. thank you PS don't be rude to the person trying to help you when you call
