Clicks Direct Medicines disappointment

I have been ordering medical supplies for my son from CDM for years now. This was the second time that I order medical supplies and pay for it only to hear a week later that they are waiting to hear if they can get stock from the supplier. I only get feedback if I ask for feedback. I send an email last week to cancel my order and to request a refund. I was promised that someone will contact me to arrange a refund. It is almost a week later and I haven’t had a call back to arrange the refund or anyone else to ask me if there isn’t anything that they can do to better their service. It is disappointing to know that a company that this company isn’t trustworthy anymore.
