Clicks Direct Medicines and disgusting service delivery

Clicks Direct Medicines (CDM) is just plain useless for me. For almost 3 months, I have been waiting and calling for a parcel, and all I get is 'we're going to escalate the matter and call you back with an answer.' I get a sense of not being the only person with this or a similar problem. The staff working on the other end of the call do not appear to sympathize with patients by not even wanting to truly follow up on customer-due and paid-for prescription problems. This is not cool since certain drugs are life-saving and should come in time to the patient. Essentially, CDM and its affiliate couriers are potentially risking the lives of people.
