3 days after providing a script for meds they still have not captured it onto their system nor mace an effort to deliver said meds. People are supposed to stay indoors and healthy during the Lockdowns but health service providers can not do their part to ensure clients and patients stay healthy. One needs to beg and plead every damn month just to get chronic meds delivered and not to speak about the arrogance and rudeness and the plain dont care attidute of the ignoramuses working as so-called client service representatives...... Wanna be if service? Get your damn act together or close up shop
