Clicks Direct Medicine Negligent.

I rely on Clicks direct medicine to provide me with my chronic medication. I sent my script on 04 August and have yet to see my meds. The call center is beyond a joke. There is an automated recording and that is it. They ignore my emails and I feel that this is an appalling and unacceptable slap in the face to customers who are relying on them for important medication.
