Clicks did not allow me to claim my cashback vouchers...

<p>Hi there, what an experience at your Brooklyn branch this afternoon. I went in to the store to buy a glucose monitor and partially pay for it with my cash back vouchers but was not allowed to because I do not have a card. I have been asking you guys for a card for almost a year since I returned to SA but was told that just having my Clicks card number was sufficient. What an embarrassment in your store. I had to pay full price when I could have gotten R170 off my shop. Get your act together people. </p>
