Clicks delivery retarded

I placed an online order on Monday, today is Friday and still no delivery to my closest Clicks. PARGO absolute *******. They claim to keep you up to date with every move your parcel makes. Well it says that my parcel is on the move since Tuesday with the courier..really? This is what they claim..."The Pargo tracking functionality is detailed, real-time and simple. It has been developed for convenience to enable you to watch every part of your parcel’s journey. From the second your order leaves the warehouse or the drop-off point to the minute it arrives in your neighbourhood, every move of your parcel is recorded." Those are their words, however when I called they could not tell me where the parcel is. Also, when I called Clicks Service line yesterday, they told me that the app is lying because my parcel didnt leave on Tuesday but Thursday morning only and should be with Clicks Edgemead that same day. By 8pm last night still no delivery. I will never order online again and urge everyone to consider how long you want to wait because today is day 5 albeit they say 1-3 days. I live in Edgemead btw, not in a rural area where delays would've been justified
