Clicks Delivery Disappointment

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service. It’s been over three working days, and I still haven’t received the items I ordered while I was unwell. The delivery status shows “Incorrect Address,” yet my address is correct, and I never received a call. To make matters worse, I can’t change the delivery option to a collection. I urgently need these items, but Clicks doesn’t seem to take that into account. This was my first and last time using online shopping at Clicks for delivery. I feel they’re completely inconsiderate of how their customers feel. It’s not a want—it’s a need, especially given my health condition.
