Clicks Delft mall poor service

I was attended to by a student pharmacist, dark in complexion male, on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Delft mall clicks around 08H00 morning. He didn't have time or courtesy to help or provide the simplest details. His demeanor was dismissive to say the least, he just wanted to be don't without any help. Not even general details as simple as contact information so i could track the info I was after since he couldn't help.
