Clicks Delcairn centre Kloof dissapoints

I went to fill a prescription at the Clicks Delcairn centre Kloof on 30 May 2024. After a 30 minute wait to just be helped, (Only 1 person serving and the machine would only select self service and not prescriptions) I was informed that they only had one of the medication and it was expired. Then I went to check out with other items found only 1 person check out and a long Q. If this was a once off then understandable but the store demonstrated constant poor management.
