Clicks deduct same payment three times from my account and the money is still not back 5 hours later

Funds for my last purchase of R729.05 was taken of three times. Management promised me it will be reversed. Over five hours later the money is still not in my bank account. This totally unacceptable for a big establishment your size. WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE BACK?</p>
