Clicks daveyton mall bad service Aan Lekgotla

Bad service today at clicks daveyton mall this girl Aan lekgotla Malifiyan shouted at me for asking for a price of a chocolate bar jungle oats saying she doesn't know why didn't I check the price before paying and it's not her problem 😑 I don't have budget, the audacity of this girl was undermining and rude, when the manager Thabo Kota tried to address her she spoke back and said I spoke to her rudely and raised her voice even the manager could not properly discipline her cause she spoke back, I do not believe in all my life shopping there ever got such a bad customer service .I'm really disappointed and grieved left the store really unhappy and no apologies from anyone in the store to say we sorry about the incident 😞. Is this the treatment one must expect going into daveyton mall clicks? Its my right to get price of an item if I'm not sure about, I regret going to clicks today to buy toiletries, I should have went to dischem where customer are really respected and appreciated. I hope this is addressed, I want full apology
