Never ever use Clicks online service if you like your peace of mind, because you won’t win.

I recently made a purchase online, on 03 April 2020 to be precise. Today it’s the 17th of April and I still have not received my parcel, there’s not even hope I will receive it any time soon! Since I placed the order I have contacted Clicks more than 3 times they can’t help. 1st I was told the 1-3 working days turnaround has been extended to 7 days, 7 days has lapsed without a word from them. I again called and now they tell me they don’t know where the parcel is I have to wait for 72 hours for them to investigate, 72 flipping hours? Who’s fault is this? I ask for a cancellation and refund and I have to wait for days for that as well, I ask for them to arrange that I get my stuff at my nearest Clicks and they make an arrangement amongst themselves and I’m told that can’t be done either. I’m being victimized here. I’m the consumer but NO my rights are being infringed! So please, if you do not want to end up in my situation do not dare!
