Clicks Customer Support when Dealing with an Issue Is Shocking!

Clicks is fine until there is an issue. I ordered online 2 September 2024. I paid with ebucks, buying a 200ml Hugo Boss perfume and another small item. The money was taken off my account and TO THIS DATE IS STILL OFF MY ACCOUNT. There was a problem on their side that I brought to their attention on the morning of the 3rd, someone got back to me that afternoon and apologized and then said that it would need to be escalated. It has been over 67hours now with no response from their finance department. I have since then emailed them twice saying this is not a higher-grade issue, they have taken my money and they need to send me my products end of story.
