Clicks : Customer Service Stinks

This platform doesn't offer a " negative star rating " otherwise it would be a negative 5 stars ....Service from Hillcrest Corner Mall Clicks is shocking to say the least .....made some purchases...at the till they have their normal " reduce to clear items " asked how much a item was / cashier uninformed didn't know so she scanned the item/Not test scan to get the price......now have to wait 10- 15 minutes for then" so Called Manager / ess to arrive " she gets to the till NO eye contact with customer.....NO apology for taking her time or making us wait....puts in her override code and walks off....when I questioned the cashier if that the Manageress she said yes and clearly heard me....walks back to the till to confront me ....inthen questioned her about the MANERISM in which she addresses the customers as a representative of CLICKS and the lack of Professional curiosity to which her and the cashier agreed and to which the Manageress rep**** you weren't waiting long and then proceeded to walk off again......Been a Clicks customer for more then 2 decades .....Dischem is better....won't be going back there again ....Zero % customer service
