Clicks Customer Service no help at ALL!!!

I'v had an issue for over 6 months now with my clicks club card and till today the issue cant be resolved. I have dealt with different people at the customer service and none of them are helpful I mean its been over 6 months. Promises of taking the matter to their seniors but none such the issue is still hanging. I purchase at Clicks all the time but not generating points due to the card not working at the tills but on their side the card shows active. I got a ref number ********** 9 and was told the matter was passed on to IT, still waiting. This is really pathetic, I call almost everyday so much incompetence.
