Clicks customer service lacks admin efficiency

3 months ago we visited clicks at Westwood mall and got a new card as the old one was lost. They informed us that the cash back will be linked in 24 hours hours. After few days we went to South way mall and cashback still never reflect in new card.

Again a female phoned customer services and we were promised it wiill be linked. Few weeks later the same story was again told at Westwood mall.

Today I went to Pavilion and spent 15 minutes while they contacted customer services. Again I couldn't use my cashback. This is poor unprofessional service to say the least. I don't think I will use this card again and I might as well purchase elsewhere. Tired of sent from pillar to post.
