Clicks Customer Service Department Dont Help

Im abasolutely appalled by the service from Clicks Customer Service ... a whole department dedicated to Customer Service yet nothing ...

On the 07th of Feb I sent and email of defective products purchased after having the same issue consecutively. They requested images and information of the purchase which was supp**** on the 09th of Feb.

To date all I get is lies saying someone will come back to me 48 hours.

Im not sure if Im stuck in a time warp or many 48 hours have passed me by since the 9th of Feb
