CLICKS CRESTA Pathetic Cashiers

The behaviour of the cashiers at CLICKS Cresta Mall JHB is pathetic and so unprofessional. I went in 22 Sept 2021 at 2.30pm. I bought just one item. The store was not busy at all. The female cashier (listed as Sinesipho on the till slip) who served me was fooling around with another male cashier : giggling so unprofessionally while serving me that she rang up my one simple item twice. CLICKS staff are not interested in customer service. It is not the first time of this pathetic service in the Cresta store. The previous time: the cashier manager was happily looking at her cell while customers waited for service. They always close complaints with an apology: An apology for being so ungrateful they have jobs. CLICKS staff just tarnish the brand. Should a rep call me: I have the till slip with all relevant details.
