Clicks Crescent Umhlanga

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Poor service at Clicks Crescent, what happened to treating customers fairly or its doesn’t apply to this store.</p> <p>we bought two packs of pampers on the 5th (Saturday) August 2017 at KwaMnyandu store located at Umlazi and we only noticed when we were home that it’s a wrong size.</p> <p>so i only got a chance to exchange these packs only on the 7th (Monday) August 2017, my nearest Clicks from my place of work is Crescent Umhlanga, when i got there i was told the price is not the same anymore and i will have to pay extra, i was not happy with that. i tried to explain to the manager that it’s a same product and there is nowhere on the slip that says you will have to pay extra if you return the item after the promotion date. i have returned the nappies previously in another Clicks store and i didn’t have the problem that i had in Crescent.</p> <p>The manager told me that she will have to give me my money back if i am not willing to pay extra. i just asked for my money back and i walked out of the store.</p> <p>Then about 30min later the manager called me on my cellphone to tell me that i must come back she is going to do the exchange with the prize that is on the slip. What an inconvenience , i had to drive back to Crescent mind you am on my lunch break. My Time, my petrol. i am so disappointed and upset with the service i got and no apology at all. she tells me that she had to phone someone above her, why didnt she do that whne i was still there, why did she wait for me to walk out of the store then go ask, what if i didnt leave my number in the first place, where was she going to get me...</p> <p> </p> <p>i want justice to be done.</p> <p>Gugu Radebe ********** 835</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
