Clicks Craighall - No customer service

Clicks Craighall!!

Horrible service! I went to get a couple of things at Clicks Craighall, the Omo Capsules was on special 2 for R80. There was only 1 on the selves. I was told to take the 1 and pay for 2 they will call me to collected the other 1 when the open stock the next day! I bought this on the 19 FEB 2020. I've been to them 3 times to follow up and called, I just keep getting stories!!! besides that Not once did I get a call from them to let me know what's happening. Its now been over a week and still no word form them!!!!!! This is pathetic, why tell a customer you will get stock tomorrow and give me a call as soon as its there when its over a week later and not ONCE did I hear from them!!!!!!!!!!
