Clicks - couldn't care less attitude

I wrote a review recently but am still waiting for a reply. It seems that this is par for the course as there are many reviews that don't have replies. Do customers not keep your business open Clicks? Surely you should be aware of this and have the decency to at least revert to people who take time to bring issues to your attention.
