Clicks couldn't care less

I bought Avene Thermal Water from Clicks. The product leaks. I have written to Clicks 'customer service' now two weeks ago. I have rep**** to the request for all sorts of information. STILL NO REPLY OR RESOLUTION. Total disregard for customers, they really just don't care.
