CLICKS CONTACT IMPOSSIBLE

Order *** No delivery of order. Attempting to contact Clicks is hopeless. Attempting to chat with the BOT, does not work - it only asks for my name and then nothing happens. To do online shopping with Clicks is a pain rather than a pleasure. Why is it so difficult to contact Clicks ? Are they ashamed of their service ?
