Clicks complaint

I can say the incident happened in front and also in the pharmacy

I went to clicks i asked for manage on duty I told the manager that I'm sick i don't want to shop around and I'm from the doctor he said sick people are not allowed to come in there as if there's a sign or someone there who is supposed to tell the customers that

Ok he called one of the ladies who worked there to come and take my script to pharmacy and yes she did that and the manager said I must wait outside lucky for me I have a car

I waited and waited it was 4 PM I panicked because firstly I'm sick I'm sweating I'm dizzy about 4h30 I called the security ok he said he will remind them went back to my car 4h55 I said no it's enough I even tried to phone land line because it's an hour now that i am outside I had to go to the door now and I was so angry that's when a lady from pharmacy came telling me that she was only given my clicks card where is my prescription hayi ke I became furious asked for the manage and they told me that the manager who helped me is busy he can't come to me I felt so disrespected sitting outside for an hour and then he can't even come out and talk to me the lady that I gave my prescription to came I asked her where is my script she said to me the pharmacy was full and they had to finish the line and I was so upset because there are people who came after me because they were even closing the shop at that time

I waited outside again coz they closed the doors

And then after all that there comes the security with my treatment imagine a security how is he going to tell me how to take my medication

He told me sisi here is your medication and the other medication they don't have you must check another pharmacy I was so angry because I don't even know the pills that they gave me and the one that is out of stock is for what

I really hate what happened being sick from the doctor ,treated the way I was treated what if something happened to me

People are so careless about other people's health

I am thinking of taking this further because we are talking about my life here

Below is an attachment of the prescription they made me a copy that the security must give me I don't even know what is what coz I'm not a pharmacist

Today at 17h25 I received a call from clicks Grahamstown a lady asked for me and told me that they are responding on the complaint that they received she said she is from the pharmacy side she told me about the staff that was there that day is not from grahamstown it's from PE they were under pressure , of what I don't know which it's not my problem they don't have a right for treating me like that and this lady I was still asking questions when the phone just dropped, quite and I was talking alone thought she will call back but she didn't till now

The way I felt that day you guys don't know I was crying on my way back home and now you think I deserve a 3 minutes call that is not even finished

I feel like I am being undermined my complaint and my feelings you don't care about them so I'm taking this further to my lawyers and the people must know about this treatment I got from clicks

Is it because I told them that I'm covid positive ,that's **************
