Clicks Complaint

On the 20th January 2019, my Mom & I went to Click in CYCAD in Polokwane to buy her tablets. My Mom is a Pensioner so she buys tablets when she has money because the State Clinic does not have the tablets in stock. She always buys about 3 to 5 tablets at a time due to being a Pensioner. This day we went to click & she was helped by a new person (no problem). He was still learning & so he went to the Pharmacist (Solly Mafumo). He came to us at the counter. My Mom told him that she is a Pensioner & she only has so much money on her. She only want 3 tablets. First the new person said that the Prescription was a copy. My mom showed him that it was not due to the stickers on the paper (original stickers). Now Solly took over from the New Person. He told my Mom that he cannot actually cut the sheet. I told him that they always do it for her. Now he started to repeat himself 4x but very loud so that everybody around us could here what was going on. I told him that I am going to report him due to the way he is treating my Mom. He then told me that it is my choice to do it & he said it about 3x as well. After spending about 1 Hour, he finally cut the sheet for my Mom. I feel he treated the situation unprofessionally. He could of just spoke properly to my Mom & not keep on shouting so that everybody could here him & his attitude was as well not up to Clicks standard. Please take this complain seriously because the next time the same person does it again, I will take this matter further. Contact: Maragreth ********** 340.
