CLICKS, COMARO CROSSING ARE *******

On Saturday, 09/07/2022, purchased goods at Clicks Comaro Crossing. They had loadshedding at that stage and apparently was on battery power. At the till point the items were scanned and I paid via debit card. Just as the payment went through, the power went out and the till point could not print a receipt. i showed them on my banking app that the payment went through but they refused to let me leave with my purchase. The manager, Tisetso Mafifi, stated that the transaction will be reversed into my account. Today, Wednesday, 13/07/2022, the transaction has still not been reversed and my wife is at the store with all the proof that it did not reverse, yet they are still refusing to either give me the products I purchased on Saturday or refund me. Clicks Comaro Crossing is *****ing my money.
