CLICKS CLUBCARD POINTS KEEP MOVING DATE SO I CANT SPEND IT

I had monies on my CLICKS clubcard and was told I could only spend this on the 24th January 2024. On the 24th January 2024 I logged onto the CLICKS website and it reflected I can only spend this now on the 24th March 2024. I dont find this fair at all as I waited so long for the 24th January 2024 to spend it.
