Clicks Clubcard Funeral Cover

<p>My father passed away a few weeks ago and going through it paperwork I came across a letter from Clicks thanking him for taking on the R7500 free funeral policy over from Clicks Club Card.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried from the 20th of July to get some clarity about this but just nothing, just the normal Autoreply acknowledging the email and that we will get a response within 48 hours. Just nothing, I threatened to go the Hellopeter route but not even that got a response from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just know that the so called funeral policy is not worth much, I have subsequently found out by searching the info online that the policy is actually up to R7500 and it all depends on the amount of point on your clicks card for the 26weeks prior to your death and that will be multip**** by 10 up to a maximum of R7500. That part is not that clear when you opt for the policy. (just a friendly reminder to read carefully)</p> <p> </p>
