Clicks Clubcard *****elent Activity - terrible respond

From last year I have been having issues with Cashback , every time the Sanridge square teller informs I have cash back and I do not spend it same time , the week after someone spend it at Rosebank Zone clicks and this happens monthly according to the report from clicks call center. this has became a big concern as this ********** swipe the card which has exactly my details and buying medication which will result in affecting my health status with my insurance covers. I spoke to Store manager at Rosebank Zone clicks (Tebogo) he didn't seem to give much details about this issue or of any help. I need the forensic team to investigate and I will report this matter to the police station, if need be.
