Clicks clubcard

So about a month ago I forgot my clicks clubcard at Clicks Signet Terrace. When realising this I called in and spoke to a lady, forgot her name she confirmed that my card was there and I told her I'll be out of Johannesburg but I will come and get it as soon as I come back. Last week I wanted to use my cash back and it was gone. Called and spoke to the Store manager he told me to call customer care and ask for transaction number which I did and emailed it to the store Manager Paul, he called me back and said there is nothing he can do and told me straight that it can not be the staff that used my clicks clubcard, even after I have explained what happened.
