Clicks Club Rewards a ****

<p>I received a mail from Clicks Club Card on 23 Jun ar 4:46pm imforming me that I have R175.20 available to spend. On 24 Jun I walk onto a Clicks to use my rewards only to be told almost half of it expired at midnight. Nowhere on the mail did it indicate this and the link to view breakdown of points does not work even if you go view in browser it still doesn not work. I showed the manager on duty as well. Extremely ********* of Clicks, luring you into the store and then telling you half your points expired at midnight. The staff here at Olympus Villiage Clicks did not seem to care and are all talking to each other laughing at me. I only started frequenting Clicks recently again, now I see why I did not support them for so long. Pathetic indeed. </p>
